Update standard feed attributes Edit node name Permissions

You can add both standard and custom Job and Location Attributes to the standard job feed directly from the Job Distribution section of the Job Manager page.

    Update standard feed attributes

Permissions Note: By default, only Paradox Admins will have access to updating the below information. Contact them if you need any action taken for your feed.

You can easily update the attributes on the account level or parent level of the standard feed by following the steps below.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Job Manager under the Jobs section.
    3. From the left panel of the new page, open the Job Distribution section.
    4. Select the Standard Job Feed card’s action menu, or ellipses.
    5. Select Edit account/parent level feed, depending on what you want to edit.
      • Note: This option will only show if the account is tied to a parent ID. If updated, the parent ID values will apply to all accounts associated with your company.
    6. A slide-out drawer will open and display all Job and Location Attributes. Any attributes that are currently being used on the Standard Feed will already be selected. From the left panel, there will be three sections to open and make changes to::
      1. Job Attributes – In this section, you can add or remove attributes for the following types of attributes:
        • Standard Job Attributes
        • Custom Job Attributes
        • All Job Attributes
      2. Location Attributes – In this section, you can add or remove attributes for the following types of attributes:
        • Standard Location Attributes
        • Custom Location Attributes
        • All Location Attributes
      3. Additional Feed Values – In this section, you can add or remove attributes that are not standard to the feed. The following nodes are listed:
        • Email
        • Indeed Apply Data
        • Indeed Company
        • Salary (this is putting the Base Pay Minimum and Base Pay Maximum together in one node (i.e. '$12 - $15 per hour')
          • Note: If Base Pay Actual is present on a job, then the <salary> node will use this attribute value instead of the Base Pay Minimum and Base Pay Maximum range.
        • Screening Questions
    7. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    8. A modal will then open. Select Confirm to update the node(s) in the standard job feed.

    Edit node name

You have the option to edit the node name on the standard job feed.

    7. Select Edit Node Name in the dropdown that opens.
    8. The node name will then become editable in-line. Update its name.
    9. Select the checkmark icon to the right of this field.
    10. Select Save in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
