Use cases Create a conditional task or section Candidate / user experience

You can set conditions on forms, ensuring that candidates and/or users who meet that criteria complete all relevant questions. This allows forms to become tailored to present only relevant questions to the candidate, which are updated dynamically as candidates.

    Use cases

    • Users who want certain tasks within a form to display for candidates or users who meet the criteria, which is based on job, location, or previously completed questions, for those tasks.

Create a conditional task or section

Within a form, you can easily add a condition to a task or section. Click the below links to reference this experience for both:

    • Conditional sections

    Candidate / user experience

When the candidate or user is completing a form that includes condition criteria that they meet, then the corresponding section or task will display for them to complete. If the candidate or user does not meet the condition criteria, then they will skip the condition section or task without any interruptions.
