The Integrations section of Client Setup is where functionality and processes are set includes the following settings:

    • Integration Center – This enables the Integrations Center in the account. This will be enabled for you if approved for use.
      • External ATS Integration – This enables a pre-built integration with an integrated ATS. When both Integration Center and External ATS Integration are enabled, a new checkbox action will be added to ATS integrations to prevent the system from running both integrations simultaneously.
      • External ATS Status Mapping – This is only used for iCIMS and SmartRecruiters. It enables the ability to map external statues to Paradox statuses in Journeys. This has been replaced with the Journey Status Mapping feature.
      • Background Check Invitation – This will enable a background check API to be added and an invitation to be sent to the candidate when triggered. This is only for Checkr Background Check at this time.
      • Enable Validation for Interview Alerts Scheduling – This will applies a validation to all new API requests for scheduling interviews.
      • SCIM – This enables SCIM, or an open standard protocol designed to simplify the management and provisioning of user identities across multiple domains or systems. You will need to work with the client to enable this integration. Click here to learn more about this process.
      • External HRIS Integration – This will enable the Merge Connection in the Integration Center, which establishes a direct, secure connection with your HRIS (Human Resources Information System) via our Unified API partner, Merge. Click here to learn more.
