The Account Overview section of Client Setup includes general account details and launch dates. These include:

    • Twilio Subaccount Name – This is the title of the Twilio subaccount. This field is view-only and not editable.
    • Twilio Subaccount SID – This is the SID of the Twilio subaccount, the unique key string used to identify specific resources. This field is view-only and not editable.
    • Account Status – This is the account status of the Twilio subaccount. This field is view-only and not editable.
    • Fiscal Year start date – While optional, this setting will be used in event planning as well as for reporting purposes.
    • Candidate Apply launch date – While optional, this marks the date that the account goes live with Apply.
    • Candidate Q&A launch date – While optional, this marks the date that the account goes live with Candidate Q&A.
    • Employee Q&A launch date – While optional, this marks the date that the account goes live with Employee Q&A.
    • Employee Term – The term used to refer to users throughout the system. By default, this is set to Employee, but it can be updated to any of the following options:
      • Associate
      • Team Member
      • User
      • Crew Member
    • Operator ID – This field is where your team's DBAs, such as license numbers, can be entered in their CEM Accounts. When added, this field can also be added to Quicksight dashboards for reporting purposes.
    • External Account ID (GER) – This ID is used when using GeneXus Application Manager (GAM) as your SSO provider. This value should correspond to the ID entered in GAM.
    • Parent Account ID – This is the ID used to tie multiple accounts together and is generally only used with large Franchise customers. This ID is beneficial in pull job feed URLs, adding attributes to multiple account job feeds, enhancing the job search experience, reporting, and much more.
    • Restricted Industry – Toggle this on for those who need the 25000 short code removed from use and who want to instead use a MessageBird provider long code phone number. This alleviates an issue Twilio/Carriers with specific messaging types and limits SMS services. It is best to leave this enabled unless otherwise noted. When turned off, the following will occur:
      • Existing short code keywords will be turned off.
      • Existing Twilio phone numbers will be disconnected and removed from the account.
        • Long code phone numbers tied to the account will be released.
        • If a short code is tied to the account, receive the messages, but no additional outbound messages will be sent from the short code. Use the MessageBird long code phone number tied to the account (AI Phone Numbers / Outbound) to send messages when this is enabled.
      • Twilio cannot be used on the account for adding new phone numbers. Remove the box for creating a Twilio phone number on any phone number area.
      • For existing candidates, the outbound response will be with a MessageBird phone number tied to the account in A.I. Phone Numbers and Outbound Numbers.
        • Send messages from the MessageBird long code phone number going forward for all candidates on existing conversations or new conversations.
    • Account Access:
      • Define client status – This refers to the CEM status. While multiple options are available, the following statuses will only need to be selected during implementation:
        • In Progress – This is the customer's status up until their Go Live date.
        • Live – This marks the account as live, which should be selected on the Go Live date.
    • Is 10DLC Registration Required? – This setting determines the SMS compliance workflow for the account and controls whether the client must submit a 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) registration form. Correct configuration unlocks Channels and triggers onboarding guides only for users who require registration.
      • Yes, Require Registration – This is the default selection for clients messaging within the US and Canada. It requires the client to complete the self-service 10DLC registration form within the CEM to unlock SMS capabilities.
      • Yes, Use Existing Brand – This is selected for sub-accounts that will inherit compliance from a parent brand. This option allows the account to bypass a new form submission by linking to an existing, approved Brand UID.
      • No, Outside US – This is used for international clients who do not message candidates within the US. Selecting this bypasses the 10DLC requirement and unlocks the Channels page for international number configuration.
      • No, Do Not Register – This option disables the 10DLC registration requirement and suppresses related onboarding guides. This is used for specific accounts where 10DLC compliance is not applicable or is managed through an alternative process.
    • Account Salesforce ID – This is the account's unique Salesforce ID, which can be pulled from Salesforce. The value will be entered by a Paradox Admin so that the account can be reported upon and supported for additional training through Pendo.
    • Basic User Access – This determines which portal a Basic User should have access to. Options include:
      • None – The user cannot log into any portal.
      • Event Portal – The user can access the Event Dashboard and complete the following actions:
        • Update their event RSVP
        • View all candidates registered and scheduled for the event
        • Manually add candidates to open interview times
        • Check-in candidates to their event interview
        • Join virtual interviews
        • Update candidate statuses
          • Note: This is dependent on how the Candidate Journey permissions that you have configured on the account.
        • View the jobs that this event is hiring for
        • View the event team
      • Basic User Portal - Tasks – The user can access the Recruiting Dashboard.
        • Note: For accounts who went live before May 2024, this will launch the Basic User Portal.
    • Multi-Branding – This will enable the Multi-Branding feature.
    • Confetti Customization:
      • Custom Image Confetti – Toggle this on to enable custom confetti for the account.
      • Add Image – When the Custom Image Confetti setting is enabled, then this button will display. Click + Add Image to add the preferred image for your company's confetti. You are able to upload up to 10 images.
