The browser extension can be embedded into HiredScore to provide teams with quick, in-context access to Paradox’s scheduling capabilities and candidate conversation history. By scraping candidate details from HiredScore and linking them to the Paradox Candidate Inbox, recruiters and hiring managers can efficiently manage interview scheduling for candidates without ever switching contexts or closing tabs.

Use cases

All users except Basic/Limited users using the CEM and HiredScore to manage candidates, who need to:

• Check a candidate's current scheduling status from Paradox without leaving HiredScore.
• Open a candidate's conversation with the AI Assistant directly from the HiredScore Applicants page or candidate profile.

Configuration

Step #1: Enable this feature

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
3. Client Setup will then open. Scroll down to and open the More section.
4. Complete the associated steps for the following settings:
   • Browser Extension – Toggle this on, if not already enabled. This needs to be toggled on before a client can download the browser extension.
   • ATS Embedding –  Toggle this on. This is only visible once the Browser Extension toggle is enabled.
   • ATS – Select HiredScore as your ATS from this drop-down list and then select Apply.
   • HiredScore URL – When HiredScore is selected, then this field displays. Enter the URL for the main landing page in HiredScore (https://cloud.hiredscore.com/). If this field is left blank, then the embedding will not be successful.
5. Save the page.

Browser extension actions in HiredScore

When the browser extension is enabled and you’re on the Applicants page of a job requisition in HiredScore (available in both the Recruiter View and Hiring Manager Hub), you can take the following actions:

• Scheduling Status – You can view the candidate's scheduling status pulled directly from Paradox.
• View Conversation – You can select the Paradox Enzo icon to view the candidate's conversation in the Paradox Browser Extension. This takes you to the Candidate Inbox. 

When viewing a candidate's profile in Recruiter View or Hiring Manager Hub, you can also view the candidate's scheduling status in the upper-right corner. You can select this to view the candidate's conversation in the Paradox Browser Extension.
