You can receive a daily email that summarizes the activity from the previous day in order to get a recap of candidate and hiring activity from that day. This can be enabled in Alert Management.

Daily Summary Email

When enabled in Alert Management, the Daily Summary Email will send a daily email summarizing the activity from the previous day, which includes the following information:

• The number of new candidates
• The number of candidates awaiting your response
• The top job locations
• The most recent activity on the latest 5 candidates
• The number of interviews scheduled and requested
• The interview locations scheduled
• The recruiters scheduled

Additional logic

• Daily summary alerts will only be sent to users who have been active in the last 30 days.
• The sender address is olivia.alerts@paradox.ai.
• The email will only show users and data that the recipient has permission to view, based on employee visibility and location permissions.
• If there is no relevant data or the user lacks permission, certain sections will be hidden.
