Table of Contents
You have the option to filter the Talent Community page to assist in reviewing the most relevant candidates.
Filtering capabilities
The following filters are specific to the Talent Community page:
-
Community of Interest – This allows you to filter the listing by selecting specific communities. If no candidates who are assigned to a community, then you can select No Community Assigned for outlier candidates.
-
Note: If you open the filter modal from a specific Community list, then the Community of Interest associated with that list will be locked from editing in the modal.

-
Note: If you open the filter modal from a specific Community list, then the Community of Interest associated with that list will be locked from editing in the modal.
- Talent Community Stage – This allows you to filter the listing by candidates within a certain stage of a Talent Community Journey.
Expand Search Data filter

Every available filter within the filter modal will include an Expand Search Data button when at least one filter within a category is selected.
This will be listed within a banner at the top of the filter modal and, when clicked, will filter the listing based on any profile data tied to the selected filter that might not exist specifically in the Talent Community Inbox but that is still related to candidates in the Talent Community. This helps to better filter for candidates based on information outside of just the Talent Community list.
The profile data is based on the data provided on a candidate’s application(s).
Talent Community segments
Talent Community segments can be created similarly to how segments are created in the Candidate Inbox but can be saved in one of two ways:
- The + Save Segment button that appears in the bottom left corner of the filter modal when at least one filter is added.

- When filters are applied to a list, you can hover over the filter icon and then click + Save Segment at the bottom of the drop-down menu that appears.
