When Multilingual is enabled for your account, you are able to create and auto-translate candidate and/or employee engagements in languages other than english.

The available products/features where this can be used include:

    • Conversations
    • Forms
    • Journeys
    • Offers
    • Surveys
    • Workflows
    • Jobs
    • Campaigns
    • Content Management System (Q&A)
    • Interview Scheduling
    • Events
    • Messaging Templates
    • Assistant Messaging

When working in some of the above product areas, you will see a multilingual icon button/selector in the top right corner of the page. Select this and then the preferred language. If you are selecting a language for the first time, then the product/feature will auto-translate your English version into the selected language. This helps to provide a foundation for your translations to make your work more efficient when creating multiple versions.

However, it is encouraged to hold off on auto-translating until the English version is finalized. Once auto-translated, some translations cannot be re-translated.
