You can add Lookup Tables to your Job Data Packages to enable table values to be pulled into your Job Data Packages.

Add a Lookup Table to Job Data Packages

Users with full access to the Job Data Packages permission can complete the following steps.

1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from the drop-down menu. 
2. From the Settings page, select Job Data Packages under the Jobs section.
3. From the Job Data Packages page, either open the preferred package or create a new one from the + Create Package button in the upper-right corner of the All Job Data Packages list.
4. When the data package opens in a slide-out drawer, select the action menu, or ellipses, next to the Base Pay Minimum field and then Reference Lookup Table from its drop-down menu.
5. A new page of the drawer will open. Select the preferred Lookup Table to use.
   • Note: Only active Lookup Tables will be available for selection.
6. All columns from the table will then display. For each column, select the following:
   • Data Reference – This is what the system will reference for this data column. Update this column to one of the following:
     • System Attributes – This allows you to choose from Job and Location Attributes.
     • Lookup Table – This allows you to nest a Table Lookup from this table. Only a single nesting is available to prevent a cyclical lookup.
     • Column Input – This allows you to choose a fixed value from the options in the column. If a column has multiple of the same values, it is only displayed once in the list.
   • Value – This is the value associated with the selected Data Reference. Choose your preferred value from the selector's options.
7. From the Default Value field, enter in a value that will be used if the calculation fails for any reason.
8. Select Confirm in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
9. The original page of the drawer will display. Review the calculation by hovering over the table to view the chosen inputs.
   • Note: No exact value will be posted here, as the calculation will take place on the job.
10. If you want to set the Base Pay Maximum in the same manner, repeat steps #4-9 for this field.
11. Create or save the Job Data Package.
