When a workflow trigger is set to Scheduling Action and the action is Send Communication, you can select the trigger's action menu, or ellipses, to add MS Teams as a channel. This allows you to send automated communications to a specific audience whenever a scheduling action occurs.

This option is only available when the workflow audience is an Employee Role, Hiring Team Role, or Employee Type on Job (ATS).
