    This is a detailed report showing all active workflow configuration details.

    Field Field Description Sample Value & Formatting
    Workflow Name Returns the name of the workflow. Candidate Communications
    Platform Returns the platform being used for the workflow. This will show Paradox for the majority of clients. Paradox
    Workflow Type Returns the workflow type as either Event or Custom. Custom
    Task Trigger

    The trigger that was selected for the task. Options include:

    • Candidate Status
    • Job Status
    Candidate Status
    Task Order Returns the order number of the task. This will match the order in which you see the task in the UI. 1
    Task ID Returns the internal ID for the task. This is used for showing unique tasks if the name is the same. 10405
    Task Base ID Returns the initial task ID of this task. This is used for showing historical changes. 10398
    Task Name Returns the task name. Hire

    Returns the task type. Options for this include:

    • Send Communication
    • Request Survey
    • Send Form
    • Schedule Interview
    • Delay
    • Move to Status
    • Post Candidate Data
    • Send Offer
    • Send Conversation
    • Tracking Pixel
    • Use Integration
    • Send Assessment
    • Add Condition
    • Set Attribute Value

    Paradox Journey Status Trigger Returns the Candidate Journey status being used as the trigger for the workflow task. Hire
    Job Status Trigger

    The job status selected as the trigger. Options include:

    • Job Closed
     
    External Status Trigger Returns the external status being used to trigger the workflow task (if applicable).  
    External Status ID Returns the external status ID of the status being used to trigger the workflow task (if applicable).  
    Task Start Point Timing

    Returns the timing of the task if triggered. Options include:

    • Immediately
    • Schedule

    Action ID Returns the unique ID for the action being used on the task. 12484
    Action Order Number Returns the order number of the action within the task. 1
    Condition Block Name Returns the condition block name if being used in workflow setup. Candidate Exists
    Condition Block Order Returns the condition block order value if being used in workflow setup. 1
    Workflow Condition ID Returns the condition unique ID. 537
    Workflow Base ID Returns the workflow base ID. 535

    Returns the condition operator being used. Options include:

    • Starts with

    • Ends with
    • Does not end with

    • Does not exactly match

    • Is not any of

    • Is not empty
    • Equals
    • Does not equal

    Condition Item Value Returns the value being used in the condition operator. C
    Candidate Attribute Key Name Returns the Candidate Attribute key being used in the condition (if targeting rule is set to System Attributes). candidateexists

    Candidate Attribute Description Returns the Candidate Attribute description being used in the condition (if targeting rule is set to System Attributes). This attribute is used to determine if the candidate exists if the value is true
    Email Web Subject Returns the communication email/web subject value in the action. You're doing great!
