By default, all users within the system will have a Recruiting Site auto-generated for them when their user record is created. This site is often beneficial for recruiters to share out and screen candidates based on the designated conversation.

    Use cases

    • Recruiters who want candidates to complete a designated conversation that can be used to bring in promising candidates.

View and update your Recruiting Site

While your Recruiting Site is auto-generated for you, you are able to make edits as needed to better reflect the experience you are wanting to provide your candidates. To do this,

    1. Navigate to Web Management.
    2. Open the Recruiting Site list under Personal Sites.
    3. Click into your Recruiting Site.
    4. In the Site Details section, enter and select the following details:
      • Branding: This determines the logo that displays and the brand communications.
      • Select language(s): You can select languages that can be translated on the Landing Site.
      • Audience Type: If Candidate Types (Internal/External) and Job Posting Type is enabled for your account (learn more here), select the audience type between the following options:
        • External: Returns external jobs to candidates.
        • Internal: Returns internal jobs to candidates.
      • Header title: You can select a title that will be displayed on the header.
      • Header text: You can enter in text that will be displayed on the header.
    5. In the Background Image section, either drag a file or click to browser any of your JPG or PNG files.
    6. Select or enable the following details:
      • How would you like to start the conversation?: You can select a conversation type to attach to the site.
      • Which conversation will you use?: You can select a conversation to attach to the site. Whenever a candidate accesses the site, the conversation will be used.
      • Knowledge Base: You can enable this toggle to populate your Knowledge Base and Candidate Q&A responses into the site.
      • Job Search: If Job Search is enabled for your account, you can allow your candidates to perform a job search on your site. When this is enabled, the following fields display:
        • Customize Apply Now Button: If you want to customize the wording of the button, you can enter a message of maximum 24 characters.
        • Job Search Parameters: You can add attributes and values, or enable a setting to allow candidates to search for job locations.
    7. Select Save & Finish after filling out all of the required fields.

    Copy your Recruiting Site link

From the Recruiting Sites list, you are able to hover over your Recruiting Site, click the ellipses that displays, and then select Copy Site Link or Copy Shortened URL.

You can then open the link to view your Recruiting Site.
