This document covers the Top Topics section for both Candidate Q&A and Employee Q&A.

When enabled, the Top Topics section within the CMS will dynamically display the most frequently asked questions by candidates or employees at the top of the page. This is an easy way for the most valuable or relevant questions to be accessed and managed overtime.

    Configuration

Users with full access to Client Setup can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
    3. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Q&A section.
    4. Toggle on the Top Topics Section setting.
    5. Save the page.

When this feature is first enabled, the system will collect data for the first 30 days on the account topics. Once this period ends, the Top Topics section will dynamically update on the account daily.

    Top Topics section

The Top Topics section lives above the Candidate Q&A list and Employee Q&A list, if enabled for your account. Clicking into this section will expand it so you can view all questions saved as a top topic.

    Dynamic Top Topics

By default, all top topics are dynamic, meaning that the most relevant and frequently asked questions will display dynamically based on a daily cadence that tracks user engagement and interactions. Click here to learn more.
