You can view the most relevant and frequently asked questions in the Top Topics section, which is dynamically updated on a daily cadence based on user engagement and interactions.
Configuration
This feature is automatically enabled when Top Topics is turned on in Client Setup.
Dynamic Top Topics details
When this feature is first enabled, the system will collect data for the first 30 days on the account topics. Once this period ends, the Top Topics section will dynamically update on the account daily.
The most popular 20 topics will be included in the Top Topics section. Click into this section in order to view these topics and their columns, which include the following:

# –This displays the rank of the topic, from most popular to least popular. The topics are ranked from 1 to 20.

Note: You can hover over the # column for any given question to see data on the following points:
- The number of times that this topic has been triggered within the 30-day period.
- The number of unique candidates who have triggered this topic within the 30-day period.

- Sample Question – This displays the sample question.
- Topic – This displays what topic the sample question falls under.
- Status – This displays the status of the question, whether it is Live or Not Live on the account.
- Last Edited – This displays the date of when the topic has been last edited.
Trending topics
The following icons will display to indicate whether a topic is trending or not trending:
- Green upwards arrow – This indicates that the topic was previously in the Top Topics section but has moved up in ranking.
- Red downwards arrow – This indicates that the topic was originally in the Top Topics section but has moved down in ranking.
- Blue dot – This indicates that the topic has been newly added to the Top Topics section.
