Test your assistant's knowledge when managing topics from the Onboarding Portal

At any point when you're working on reviewing Q&A responses in the Onboarding Portal, you can open the the Assist widget from this portal and test your AI Assistant's responses.
To do this, when you're in the Review tab, select your AI Assistant's avatar icon in the upper-right corner of the section next to Test Olivia's Knowledge. A conversation panel will then open where you can have a conversation with you AI Assistant and test their responses.
From here, you can make any changes to the topics and then publish the CMS.
