Source Tracking allows you to view the sources that have the highest impact in attracting candidates to apply your jobs. This can be done from the Source Tracking page, where you can input the keys your team uses and share them with your sourcing partners. As candidates apply, these data points will be tracked and displayed in charts on the Source Tracking dashboard for easy review and analysis.

    Use cases

    • Partner UTM keys: Company/Account Admins who work with sourcing partners that use different URL parameter names for the same tracking category and need those keys captured when candidates apply.
    • Recruiter source pickers: Recruiting teams who assign Source when uploading a campaign audience or updating a candidate profile and need the dropdown to list channels maintained in Source Management.
    • Source and stage reporting: Talent acquisition leaders who need to compare job boards, campaigns, and referral sources on the Source Tracking dashboard and review how candidates progress by stage.

    Navigation

    1. Select the All Apps menu in the upper-left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Source Tracking under the Platform section.

    Source tracking page

The Source Tracking page hosts all UTM parameters for easy tracking.

When you select All Sources using the left pane, you can access the following sections:

    • Categories – UTM tracking categories (standard and custom) and the URL parameter keys that Paradox checks when candidates apply. Learn more at the Source Tracking: Categories article.
    • Source Management – A library of the source values that recruiters select on campaigns and candidate profiles. Learn more at the Source Tracking: Source Management article.

From either section, you can also select View Analytics in the upper-right corner to open the Source Tracking dashboard in Analytics & Reporting.
