Navigation The Candidate Traffic by Source chart The Candidates by Stage chart Dashboard filters Export data

A Source Tracking dashboard is housed in Analytics & Reporting and includes two charts that will show a breakdown of candidate traffic by source and stage.

    Navigation

You can navigate to the Source Tracking dashboard in one of two ways:

    • Clicking the View Analytics button in the top right corner of the Source Tracking page.

    • Clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the screen and then Analytics from the dropdown that opens. When the Analytics & Reporting page opens, click Source Tracking from the left panel.

The Candidate Traffic by Source chart

The Candidate Traffic by Source chart is listed at the top of this dashboard and displays candidate traffic volume data based on individual sources. This chart can have its timeframe updated by clicking the default Weekly option and selecting Daily for additional review. Other is an aggregate of all other sources that didn’t make the Top 5 you see listed.

    • Note: The actual sources that will display in this chart will come from your UTM source data.

    The Candidates by Stage chart

The Candidates by Stage chart will display the Candidate Journey and stage data by source. You can hover over each section of the chart in order to view the exact number of candidates within each stage.

The filters available for this chart include:

    • Candidate Journey filter – This filter will provide a list of available Candidate Journeys to filter.
    • Stages filter – This will allow you to select all available stages associated with the Candidate Journey.

Updating these filters will apply them to the chart.

    Dashboard filters

In addition to the filters that can be set on each chart, you can set filters that will apply to both charts for a more narrowed look at the data provided. These filters include the following:

    • Date Range
    • Location
    • Job

    Export data

You can export the Source Tracking data from the two charts by clicking the Export Data button in the top right corner of the page. A dropdown will open where you can click whether you want to export the data into a CSV or PDF file.

    • Note: The charts will be downloaded as a visual for PDF exports only.

A modal will open where you can enter in the email addresses of the team members whom you want to share this data file. Click Export to send the email and export the data.

Important Note: Any filters set on the page and for the individual charts will remain applied to the data points when exported.
