    Setting default homepages

    Use cases Configuration

    With the help of a user who has full access to Roles and Permissions, you have the option of setting the default homepage for users on a per user role basis. Available homepages include the following:

    • Recruiting Dashboard (only available to those without login access)
    • Employee Experience (only when Employee Communications is enabled for your account)
    • Interviews page
    • Upcoming Events
    • My Jobs
    • Analytics Dashboard
    • Candidate Inbox (default selection)
    • Calendars
    • Events Portal (only available to those without login access)

    Use cases

    • Teams who want to have their users open to their most visited page in the CEM.

    Configuration

    The default home page will be the Candidate Inbox. For users who do not have access to the Candidate Inbox, their default homepage will either be the Recruiting Dashboard, Events Portal, or Learning page (Employee Communications clients only).

     

    The homepage selection can be made on a per user role bases from within Roles and Permissions. Only users with full access to Roles and Permissions can complete the steps below.

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Roles and Permissions under the Permission section.
    3. The Roles and Permissions page will then open. From the left panel, select Roles and Permissions.
    4. Open the preferred user role.
    5. Click into the Homepage selector and select the preferred page. Options include:
      • Recruiting Dashboard (only available to those without login access)
      • Employee Experience (only when Employee Communications is enabled for your account)
      • Interviews page
      • Upcoming Events
      • My Jobs
      • Analytics Dashboard
      • Candidate Inbox (default selection)
      • Calendars
      • Events Portal (only available to those without login access)
        • Note: Enabling/disabling these options will depend on if the role has permission to them.
    6. Save the record.
    7. Repeat for all necessary user roles.
