Table of Contents
If you're a hiring manager or recruiter, the following updates will have an impact on your system processes and experience. It is important to note that this may differ depending on your account features and individual system access.
Contact your Company or Account Admin to receive supporting documentation around these updated processes.
New section showing your latest documents in the Candidate Inbox
If you manage multiple forms or documents during your hiring process and have full access to the Hire Details section in the Candidate Inbox, you'll notice a new and improved way to view your latest documents, whether they are sent, in-progress, and completed forms for a candidate. This helps you easily manage and track important documents.
You'll notice the following improvements and functionality:
- Document History: View all documents that have been sent to, completed by, or uploaded for a candidate.
- Recent Activity: The Files section shows the four most recently completed documents.
- Document Details: For each document, you can see the name, completion date and time, version number, and completion status.
- Version Management: The system automatically manages document versions. When a new version is completed, it replaces the previous one. You can view older versions using the document preview.
-
View All Files Modal: Select View All Files to see the candidate’s entire document history. Here, you can search, filter, and sort documents.
-
Pinned Files: Up to three documents can be pinned to a candidate’s profile. Your company/account admin pins important documents to your account for quick and easy access.

You can add additional forms at any time by selecting + Add.
Find your deactivated users
