Select data source Edit data source

When a profile-level attribute is selected for either the Candidate Summary or Additional Sections section in the Candidate Summary Builder, then you will be able to select the data source for that attribute.

    Select data source

If prompted to enter in a data source, you will have two options:

    • Use Candidate Profile Data – This attribute will update across all job applications. This allows values added on the profile to display in the Candidate Summary.
    • Use Application Data (Default) – This attribute will be specific to each job application.

Once a selection is made, the profile attribute (two persons) icon will display next to the selected field. In hovering over this icon, a tooltip will display and note its selected data source.

    Edit data source

    To edit a source’s data,

    1. Select the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down list.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Candidate Summary Builder under the Platform section.
    3. Open the preferred Candidate Summary from the list.
    4. In either the Candidate Summary or Additional Sections section, select the action menu, or ellipses, next to the preferred field and then Edit Data Source in its drop-down menu.
    5. You will then be presented with the two data source options listed above. Update your selection.
    6. Select Next in the top right corner of the page.
    7. Select Publish in the bottom of the left panel.
