Scheduled interview notifications

Interview attendees will be notified by your AI Assistant when a candidate’s interview is confirmed with them. The details of the interview will be displayed in an email.
If the interview attendee is participating in a virtual interview, then the interview link will also be listed within the Interview Details section. This will display all video technologies supported within the hiring event platform and is included for teams who may want to host a virtual panel interview.
When this email is forwarded to additional attendees, the Join the Interview button and the URL will not be voided so additional users can attend by clicking either link.
- Note: If a calendar invite and/or SMS message is forwarded to other users, the virtual interview's URL will not have a virtual interview’s URL or allow other users to join.
Updated interview notification
If one or more of the following interview details are changed, then candidates will be notified of those changes without officially being rescheduled.
- Interview type is changed from in-person to virtual (or vice versa).
- Interview duration is changed (increased or decreased).
- Venue location is changed (venue name or address).
When one or more interview details are updated for a hiring event interview session that already has candidates scheduled, those candidates will be notified about the changes to their interviews without being rescheduled for them. These messages can be customized before being sent out to candidates.
