With Paradox Dashboards, you can combine multiple data visualizations and narrative elements into a single, shareable presentation. Dashboards help you communicate insights as stories, collaborate with your team, and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.

    Use cases

    • Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Combine key hiring metrics into a single story to share with leadership or your team.
    • HR Business Partners: Build compliance or diversity reports with charts and commentary for executive review.
    • Admins: Set up standardized dashboards for different departments, controlling who can view or edit each story.
    • Anyone who needs to:
      • Explore data from multiple angles using filters
      • Export charts or stories for presentations

    Configuration

Work with your CS Representative to enable this feature and update user permissions.

    All Dashboards list

Selecting Dashboards from the left panel of the Analytics and Reporting page will open the All Dashboards list, where all user-created and/or shared dashboards will live. From this list, you can click into a dashboard to view and edit it, depending on user permissions.

    List actions

From the All Dashboards list, you have available actions that will be included in the dashboard row’s action menu when hovering over the preferred row. These actions include the following, depending on your permissions and the dashboard you are hovering over:

    • Edit – Selecting this option or clicking into the dashboard’s row will open the Dashboard Builder where you can make and publish changes.
    • Duplicate – This will allow you to duplicate the dashboard.
    • Delete – This will allow you to delete the dashboard.
