Once configured for your account, you can have Paradox Offers be sent automatically to your qualified candidates.

Use cases

• Companies who want to control the timing of when offers are sent to align with their business needs and processes.
• Hiring Managers who want to create and send the offer right away after an interview without having to come back into the system.
• Companies who want to send an offer letter to a candidate immediately after it is received from another system.

Limitations

The following offer letters cannot be sent automatically:

• External Offers
• Jobs with multiple offers
• Offers with:
  • A pay frequency with >1 type.
  • 1 Offer Builder + 1 Custom Group + 2 or more sections match conditions.
  • An employee e-Signature component.

Send Offer logic

• If all of the required information on the offer is available at the time that the offer is triggered to send, then the candidate will be automatically moved to the Send Offer status, and the offer will be sent to the candidate successfully.
• A milestone will display in the conversation, noting that your AI Assistant updated the candidate’s status.
• When viewing the offer from the Hire Details section of the Candidate Profile, the Offer History section will note that your AI Assistant sent the offer to the candidate.
• Users will still see and be able to select the Send Offer status in the Candidate Journey. If the offer was sent already, then a preview of the offer will display in a slide-out drawer.

Failed delivery

If an offer failed to deliver, then a Delivery Failed note will be listed alongside the offer within the Hire Details section of the Candidate Profile. The offer delivery can fail and be sent to this status for the following reasons:

• The offer has missing required fields (i.e., if required component fields are configured on the offer, including e-signatures, required custom section dropdown selections, etc.).
• The offer is configured with External Offers on the job. This version only supports Paradox Offers currently.
• The offer is configured with multiple Paradox Offers. This only supports single offer configurations per job currently.
• The offer was not configured in the Workflow for the Send Offer status.
• The pay frequency is configured with more than 1 type.
• The offer has 1 Offer Builder + 1 Custom Group + 2 or more sections match conditions, then it will fail because the system does not know which section should be selected.

Resend an offer automatically

At this time, offers can only be sent automatically when the candidate moves into the Send Offer status. Offers cannot be sent again after this initial automation.
