A token is a placeholder where information is dynamically populated based on the type used (event, conversation, candidate, job, location, etc.) and where that information is stored. Tokens are beneficial to use in mass communications where the details can be dynamically updated on a per candidate or user basis.

The following are available tokens that can be used within Offers.

For all tokens in Offers, you can choose between using either Live Job Attributes or Applied Job Attributes, if both options are available in your account. If only one option is enabled, you can only choose that one.

The following outlines the difference between the job attribute sources:

    • Live Job Attributes – This references the most up-to-date values for the job.
    • Applied Job Attributes – This references the values at the time that the candidate applies and is a static number.

Contact your CS Representative if you want to learn more about live vs. applied attribute data.

Any token that is written in an upper-case letter will be automatically converted to a lower-case letter so that the token works as expected in messaging for all selected languages.
