Paradox’s design is built to provide seamless navigation and experiences throughout the CEM. Because of this design, you are able to find the candidates you’re looking for, set up desired processes, and complete the necessary tasks – all without challenge or confusion.

The navigation described in this article may vary for you depending on your permissions.

Homepage 

By default, your account’s homepage will be the Candidate Inbox. This can be updated to a set segment, or filtered view of the Candidate Inbox, for easy reference of the newest candidates in your inbox.

However, you may find that your homepage has been updated to one of the below pages. This can be set on a per user role basis by your CS Representative. Click here to learn more about setting default homepages.

All Apps navigation

The All Apps button in the left corner of the header houses the main navigation to other parts of the system. The apps listed will depend on your account configuration and individual user permissions.

Clicking an app will open its page within the software. If there is a page you want to navigate to that you do not directly see in this menu, then select the Settings app.

This will open the settings page where you can search for a specific page or scroll to find the preferred page.

Avatar menu

Your avatar menu includes the following:

1. Switch User / Employee Impersonation – This will allow you to impersonate another user to see what is accessible to them.
   • Note: This access is restricted to limited users. has to be granted on the backend by your CS Representative.
2. Switch Account – This will allow you to switch between accounts, if you have more than one.
3. My Profile – This will open your My Profile.
4. Help – This will launch the help site, where you can search for and find the information you need to be successful within the system.
5. Logout – This will log you out of the system.
