    Update number of open seats

Users with Manage level permissions on another user's calendar have the ability to edit, cancel, and/or reschedule interviews on those calendars. The process for managing interviews is the same as when you manage your own – you simply click into the user's scheduled interview and make the necessary changes in the slide-out drawer that opens.

An additional action that you may want to take is to update the number of open seats for a group interview. That process is outlined below.

    Update number of open seats

When viewing group interviews, you will be able to see the candidate(s) scheduled for the interview as well as the current number of open seats for that interview. If the number of open seats needs to be adjusted, simply select the Edit button listed next to the number of available seats, enter in the desired number, and then click the checkmark button to the right of this field. The new value will then display as the number of available seats.

If OIT is deleted for the time that a group interview is scheduled, then the total number of seats filled will reflect the number of attendees at that time and 0 seats available will display.
