Updating assistant responses will require full access to the Candidate Assistant Responses and/or Employee Assistant Responses permission in Roles and Permissions.

You can utilize the Job Attribute Brand Name in CMS, specifically Audience Builder and attach them to Candidate Assistant Responses.

    1. Select All Apps and then CMS from its drop-down menu.
    2. From the left panel, open the Audience Builder and then the Candidate Audiences list.
    3. Select + Add Audience in the upper-right corner of that list.
    4. In the slide-out drawer that opens, name the audience.
    5. For the audience’s targeting rules, select the following:
      • Targeting Rules = Job Attributes and then Brand Name
      • Matches = Exactly Matches
      • Input = Enter the Brand of your choice
    6. To add more targeting rules, select + Add Rule Set and then repeat step #5.
    7. Select Create in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    8. The slide-out drawer will then close. From the left panel, open the Candidate Assistant Responses section and then Candidate Q&A.
    9. Open the desired Q&A category and then question/response.
    10. Within that question, click into the audience selector and then select + Add Audience.
    11. From the list that opens, select the previously built audience and then Apply in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
    12. Enter a message in the blank message box that appears in the middle of the page.
    13. Select Save Changes in the bottom of the left panel.

Users who meet the audience’s criteria will receive this new response while all other uses will receive the Global response.
