If you who have multiple brands, you have the ability to create brand-specific hiring and orientation events. This will allow you to customize the candidate and user event experience to best fit your brands, ensure brand consistency throughout the entire event experience for both personas, and avoid any potential legal risks due to brand data and experiences intermixing.

    Event Builder

When assigning a brand to an event, other aspects of the event, such as available jobs and phone numbers, will be updated to include only those with the same brand assigned. Once a brand is selected, it will display alongside the event in the Events page and on the Events Dashboard as an easy reference.

Assign a brand to an event

    1. Navigate to the Events page.
    2. Open an existing event or create a new event.
    3. In the Overview section, a Brand Association selector will be listed. Select the correct brand for this event.

    4. If creating a new event, finish building out the event.
    5. Ensure to save the event.
      • Note: For recurring events, once a brand is selected, the selector will be grayed out and cannot be edited.

    Hiring events: Brand-specific jobs

For hiring events that utilize Paradox Jobs, the jobs available within the Jobs section will be jobs that have the same brand specified within the Overview section.

    • Important Note: If the selected brand is updated, all added jobs and configured event registration outcomes will be cleared.

    Orientation events: Brand-specific scheduling conditioning

For orientation events, a brand scheduling condition will be automatically created and cannot be edited or removed. Any additional conditions created will automatically include this brand scheduling condition.

    • Note: If you are only using Group Management, the brand condition will not auto-populate in the scheduling conditions.

If a condition is made for an Assigned Jobs, the jobs available will be jobs that have the same brand specified within the Overview section.

    Event phone numbers

Only event phone numbers with the same brand selection as the event will display in the Tools section. event phone numbers can be created from the Event Phone Numbers section of the Phone Numbers page.
