You can manually add a candidate to a talent community from the Talent Community page. Users with full access to the Talent Community permission can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Talent Community in its drop-down menu.
    2. Click the + Add Candidate button in the top right corner of any Candidates list.
      • Note: This button may not display if users have been disabled from manually adding candidates.
    3. Enter in the candidate’s details in the slide-out drawer that opens.
    4. Assign a candidate to a community using the Community drop-down menu.
    5. (Optional) Enable or disable the Skip Opt-In toggle. This toggle allows you to upload and use candidate information without requesting them to opt-in.
    6. Click Add Candidate in the bottom right corner of the drawer.

The candidate will then be added to the All Candidates and either the No Community Assigned (if not assigned a community) or the community that they were assigned to lists.

When created and Skip Opt-In is not enabled, your AI Assistant will contact the candidate via the contact method(s) entered for them and ask them if they would like to join your company’s Talent Community. Once they have responded to this message, then their assigned talent community will be updated.
