    Using the Paradox app within Microsoft Teams

    When the Microsoft Teams integration is enabled, you can receive interview reminders, personalized messages, and alerts directly from your AI assistant.

    Using the Paradox app within Microsoft Teams

    When the integration is first connected in the Paradox Platform, a Paradox app will display in the left pane.

    1. Select the Paradox icon.
    2. Click Sign in to Paradox.
    3. Enter your Paradox credentials.

    After a successful login, the employee receives a customizable introductory message.

    Interview confirmations and reminders are sent in a card format with all interview details, while all other alerts and messages will be sent as basic text messages.
