Table of Contents
Lookup Tables store data used to calculate System Attributes automatically. This is extremely beneficial when using in Job Data Packages and integrations, where values need to be dynamically updated based on multiple factors.
Use cases
- Compensation teams who need to automatically calculate pay ranges based on job grade, location, and other factors without manually updating individual job records
- Integration specialists who need to map multiple input values to a single output in Integration Center, going beyond the single-input limitation of Mapped Values
- Talent acquisition teams managing large job volumes where pay rates or other attributes vary by location and need to stay current with centrally managed compensation tables
