Send jobs to LinkedIn

LinkedIn is an available job board to automatically post jobs organically! Within a few clicks, you can opt-in to distributing jobs via the Paradox x LinkedIn Master Feed.
Configuration
The LinkedIn feed will first need to be a selected job feed in Job Settings. Click here to learn more.
Enable the feed
- After the feed is added, return back to the Job Manager landing page.
- Open Job Distribution from the left panel.
- A disclaimer will display every 30 days to users who navigate to the Job Distribution section. Click the x icon or Done in order to show your acceptance of the third party opt-in.
- Toggle on the LinkedIn toggle.
- A modal will open where you will enter your LinkedIn Company ID. This will ensure that LinkedIn can route jobs to the proper LinkedIn account.
- Click Confirm.
- Select Save in the top right corner of the section.
Jobs will then be automatically posted to the feed organically once the feed refreshes.
FAQs
Why are jobs not posting to LinkedIn?
Please troubleshoot with the following:
- Are jobs turned ON in My Jobs? → The job feed will only contain jobs toggled on.
Is a Job Posting Page created for my account? → Job posting pages are required to populate a posting URL on the feed.

Can this feed be customized?
This feed cannot be altered as it currently meets the requirements of LinkedIn.
Can I send this feed externally?
This feed cannot be sent externally, as it is a master feed with many of your different jobs.
How often does the feed refresh?
The LinkedIn feed will refresh every 4 hours (2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22 hours – UTC timezone).
What happens when there also is a sponsored job to this job board?
If a job in the organic feed is also being sponsored, LinkedIn will dedupe the jobs so that only the sponsored job gets posted.
