Table of Contents
This initial version will only support a Paradox Jobs (Conversational ATS) configuration.
Job search can be configured at an account level based on jobs aggregated by parent ID. This is beneficial for Franchise customers who want to group multiple accounts under a single parent account.
Use cases
- Franchises that want to group multiple accounts under a single parent account for their job search.
Configuration
- Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings from its drop-down menu.
- When the Settings page opens, select Client Setup under the Paradox Tools section.
- Client Setup will then open. From the left panel, scroll down to and open the Job Search section.
- From the Search Company selector, select Paradox Jobs From Child Accounts and then Apply.
- Note: For this first version, only Paradox Job configurations will be supported. No additional job feeds can be selected with this option.
- A Parent ID for Search selector will then display under the Search Company setting. Select the Parent ID associated with the child accounts.
- Save the page.
Functionality / logic
- Accounts should only have this option available if there is no Parent Account ID added to the account.
- For the first version of this feature, only a Paradox Jobs configuration (Conversational ATS accounts) will be supported, so no additional job feeds can be selected with the Paradox Jobs From Child Accounts option. Once selected, all other feeds should be disabled and undetectable for a user to prevent overlap of the job types.
- When configured, Parent ID searchable jobs should be available across the whole account to align the experience for any Job Search experience configuration, such a widget search, career sites, phone number engagements, etc.
- If an account is configured with this method, the Chat-to-Apply experience should be a redirect to the job’s Job Posting page when a candidate clicks Apply Now on a job.
