Chat-to-Apply: #job-apply-url logic for conversation closure

The following provides an overview of additional Job Search feature logic that is either built-in by default or can be configured under the right conditions.
The following logic is tied to the #job-apply-url token:
- Conversation Builder has a #job-apply-url token value that works for a Chat-to-Apply solution so that a candidate can be presented with the Job Apply URL for a job requisition after first going through a screening conversation.
- We can recognize the Job Apply URL in a Chat-to-Apply solution because we store job information on a candidate selecting Apply Now on a specific job requisition.
- This token is only available in Conversation Builder and this token value should pull in the Apply URL from that account's job feed

Example flow:
- Candidate engages in job search.
- Candidate selects Apply Now on a job (with Chat-to-Apply targeting).
- Candidate goes through the Apply conversation.
- If the candidate meets the qualifying criteria in the conversation, then the closing message would have the #job-apply-url for the candidate to navigate to complete a full application.
