The Job Search Results Builder helps customize the Job Search results displayed to candidates based on job data and set conditions.

    Job Search Results Builder

The Job Search Results Builder includes three sections in which job information is shared with a candidate when your AI Assistant returns job search results. These sections include the following:

    • List View
    • Selected job
    • Job Posting Page

    Navigation

These sections can be updated any time from the Job Search Results Builder section of the CMS. Navigate there by completing the below steps:

    1. Select All App in the top left corner of the header and then CMS from its drop-down menu.
    2. From the left panel, select Job Search Results Builder.
    3. From here, you can select between one of these sections to make and apply any changes.

    Page previews

When clicking into the desired section, a preview of the data points/fields selected will be displayed for easy review.

    Available attributes

Both Standard and Custom Job and Location Attributes can be selected for any of the sections with the Job Search Results Builder.

    Location Attributes

    • Conditions:
      • Locations from Job Feeds must be mapped to a specific location in Location Management.
      • If locations from the Job Feed are mismatched from the locations in Location Management, then no data will display in the UI for a Location Attribute mapped via Job Results Builder.
    • Logic:
      • Paradox Jobs –  If Location Attributes are mapped in the Job Results Builder, then the attribute values will be pulled from the location configured on the job for the My Jobs opening.
      • Integrated ATS Jobs – If Paradox consumes jobs from an external job feed, then we will match locations from the feed to locations in Location Management.

    Test your job search conditions

Once all desired conditions are set, test your job search conditions to make sure that they are set up accurately. This can be done by opening your company account site link and conversing with your AI assistant as if you were a potential candidate.

    Permissions

By default, only Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners will have full access to the Job Search Results Builder permission (under the Content Management System parent permission). Update user permissions as needed so that users can manage fields and conditions in the Job Search Results Builder.

    FAQs

(Integrated ATS Jobs) What happens when jobs from the feed have more than one location tied to it?

The locations will display with the Job Search Results by including a “+#” (e.g. “+10”) next to the first location. Clicking on the location will expand and display all locations tied to the job.

What happens when a custom attribute is deleted?

It will be removed from the CMS configuration without an additional warning/alert.

If I edit an attribute, will it display properly in the CMS after it's already been selected in the builder?

    Yes!
