    Step #1: Create an Attribute Job Search conversation Step #2: Add the Conversation stage to the Journey Step #3: Update the Journey where configured Step #4: Edit the workflow

    When a candidate is dispositioned, they can be sent another Attribute Job Search conversation with more specific job filtering and job parameters so that they can be re-engaged to find and apply to a better-suited job. Complete the steps below in order to create this experience for your candidates.


    Step #1: Create an Attribute Job Search conversation

    Build an Attribute Job Search conversation by following the steps outlined here.


    Step #2: Add the Conversation stage to the Journey

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Journeys under the Automation section.
    3. Open the Candidate Journey that will include the Attribute Job Search conversation.
    4. Add a Conversation stage to the journey.
    5. Publish the journey.
    6. Repeat this process for all journeys that will include the Attribute Job Search conversation.

    Step #3: Update the Journey where configured

    1. Navigate to the system areas where the corresponding journeys are configured. These may include:
      • Candidate Journey
        • Paradox Jobs
        • Journey Targeting
        • Group Management
      • Talent Community Journey
        • Community Builder
    2. Open to the Conversation stage of the journey configuration step.
    3. Select the Attribute Job Search conversation associated with that stage.
    4. Save and/or publish the page.
    5. Repeat this process for all system areas that will include the Attribute Job Search conversation.

    Step #4: Edit the workflow

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Workflows under the Automation section.
    3. Open the workflow configured for the updated journey.
    4. Add a new task.
    5. Name the task.
    6. Select + Add Trigger and then Candidate Status Updated.
    7. Select the Disposition status in the To selector.
    8. Select the + icon and then add the Move to Status action.
    9. Select the appropriate Send Conversation status associated with the Conversation stage.
    10. Select the + icon and then the Send Conversation trigger.
    11. Update the time if not sent immediately.
    12. Save the task.
    13. Publish the workflow.

    This will then help to re-engage dispositioned candidates who could benefit from a better-matched job search.
