Job alerts can be sent via email and/or SMS. These notifications will only go out when one or more jobs match their previous search terms.

Email notifications

Candidates will receive a job alert daily or weekly, depending on their designated frequency. When they receive an email alert, they will view all available jobs connected to their search.

• When View More is selected – The candidate’s last conversation will open and show the job result(s) so that they can apply to the job(s).
• When a job is clicked from the list – The Job Posting site will open and allow the candidate to apply through a new conversation or the External Apply URL will open for them to apply to the job.

SMS notifications

Candidates will receive an SMS notification from an AI phone number when any jobs that match their previous job search are posted. Regardless of the delivery type, the candidate will be redirected to the widget conversation, where they can apply to the returned job(s).

Unsubscribing from/resubscribing to notifications

Candidates can choose to unsubscribe from notifications and then resubscribe at any time. Click here to learn more.
