As a part of the Candidate Interview Feedback feature, you can use the Interview Feedback Attributes category to create custom Interview Feedback Attributes and then assign them to your interview feedback questions.

Interview Feedback Attributes
When properly enabled, the System Attributes page will include Interview Feedback Attributes that include both standard and custom attributes. While Standard Interview Feedback Attributes provide minimal editing capabilities, Paradox Admins do have the option of creating Custom Interview Feedback Attributes for their clients.
Standard Interview Feedback Attributes
The following are standard attributes for the Candidate Interview Feedback feature.
The following cannot have their Attribute Name or Key Name changed.

Edit Standard Attributes
Standard Interview Feedback Attributes can have the following aspects updated: their description, attribute privacy setting, and ability to add attributes to reports. To edit these, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the System Attributes page.
- Click Interview Feedback Attributes from the left panel and click into the Primary category.

- Click into the preferred attribute.
- In the slide-out drawer that opens, update one or more of the following:
- Description – The description of the attribute.
- Attribute Privacy Setting – The ability to protect the attribute by encrypting or masking it. By default, this field will default to None.
- Add Attributes to Reports? – The ability to include/exclude an attribute from reports. By default, this toggle will be on and, therefore, will include the attribute in reports.
- When all changes are made, click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the slide-out drawer.
Add Custom Interview Feedback Attributes
You can add any number of custom Interview Feedback Attributes to better reflect a client’s feedback questionnaire.
- Navigate to the System Attributes page by first clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header and then click the Settings app.
- When the Settings page opens, click System Attributes under the Company section.
- Click Interview Feedback Attributes from the left panel.
- Click the + Add Attribute button in the top right corner of the page.
- In the slide-out drawer that opens, enter in the Attribute Name and Key Name for the attribute.
- Note: The Key Name cannot include any spaces. In addition to this, the Attribute Type field will be disabled and listed as Free-Text Response.
- Write a brief description for this attribute (max of 100 characters).
- Select the preferred privacy settings for this attribute as well as whether this attribute should be added to reports.
- Attribute Privacy Setting – The ability to protect the attribute by encrypting or masking it. By default, this field will default to None.
- Add Attributes to Reports? – The ability to include/exclude an attribute from reports. By default, this toggle will be on and, therefore, will include the attribute in reports.
- Click Create in the bottom right corner of the drawer.
Assign Attributes to Interview Feedback Questions
Once all preferred custom Interview Feedback Attributes are created, then you and/or your client can assign these attributes to their Interview Feedback Questions.
- Navigate to the Surveys builder by clicking the All Apps button in the top left corner of the header.
- Click the Surveys app in the dropdown that opens.
- When the Surveys page opens, navigate to the Interview Feedback subsection under Employees in the left panel.
- Open the preferred Candidate Interview Feedback Survey.
- From the Content section, either open an existing question or create a new question. If a new question is created, ensure to type the question in the slide-out drawer that opens.
- Below the question, click + Add System Attribute.

- From the selector that appears, choose the preferred Interview Feedback Attribute to assign to this question.
- Note: Only Interview Feedback Attributes will be included in this selector.
- If you are creating a new question, ensure to select a theme and enter any answers, if applicable.
- Click Confirm in the bottom right corner of the slide-out drawer.
- To mark this survey as active, navigate to the Preview section.
- Click the Draft or Unpublished status, and then click Publish.

The question’s associated attribute will then display next to the question as a reference.
Remove an attribute

You can easily remove an attribute by clicking the Remove button below the assigned attribute. Once clicked, the + Add System Attribute button will display once more in its place.
Permissions
- System Attributes – Paradox Admins have full access by default.
- Surveys – Employees with the Company/Account Admin, Full User - Edit Everything, or Power User User Role will have full access to the Surveys page by default.
FAQs
Where do Interview Feedback Attributes display?
They currently can only be viewed within reports. At this time, Product is working with the Design Team to decide the best place to store this data outside of reporting.
