Table of Contents
The Audit Logs list is broken down by request type and tracks all of the previously-run requests.
Audit Logs list
Integration Center Log Retention: The Integration Center retains logs for approximately the last 3 months. When filtering logs, you cannot select dates earlier than this period. This is expected behavior. If you are searching for integration activity older than 3 months, those logs will not be available in the Integration Center.
Outbound Request Triggering: Outbound integration requests are triggered based on workflow configuration. If a candidate is not moved to a status configured to trigger outbound requests, no log will be generated for those actions, even if the candidate reapplies or their record is updated.

Audit logs for each request type include the following list information:
- Response Status – The response code that was sent or received.
- Request Name – The name of the request that ran.
- Candidate ID – The Candidate ID used in the request. Inbound requests may not always contain a Candidate ID.
- Date and Time – The date and time that the request was sent or received.
- Details – Clicking this arrow icon will expand the request details in a drawer, where you can view all of the information tied to the request.
