    Job Search Job list sites

When a candidate completes job search, either through a job posting page or a job list site, any job that is marked as a hot job and that matches their search criteria will display first in the list of jobs returned to them. This ensures that candidates see your team's most prioritized jobs first.

    Job Search

In Job Search, hot jobs that match the candidate’s search criteria will display first in the list. While the system will provide the most relevant jobs to the candidate, any hot jobs will be prioritized and shown to the candidates at the top of the list.

Hot job icons will also display next to each hot job, in the selected job display, and on the Job Posting page.

    Important Notes:

    • If you have marked locations as a priority in Job Search and Hot Jobs are enabled for your account, then the system will prioritize hot jobs first and then by location.
    • When a candidate goes through Job Search via SMS, then the job title will be appended to include (hot job).

    Job list sites

If job list sites are configured on an account that is using hot jobs, then the hot jobs will be listed at the top of the Open Jobs search and include a Hot Job indicator next to its title. The indicator’s color will be mapped from the job list site and widget conversation’s selections.
