Upcoming Event Site
The Upcoming Event Site will become available within Web Management after Hiring Events is enabled for your account. An Upcoming Event Site is automatically created for an account when Hiring Events is enabled.
When Multi-Branding is also enabled, each brand will have an Upcoming Event Site automatically created for them and the original Upcoming Event Site will default to the parent brand. Learn more about Multi-Branding + Events here.
Create an Upcoming Event Site
Upcoming Event Sites can only be created for an account (or brand) when the previous site was deleted.
- Navigate to Web Management.
- Open the Event Sites subsection of Account Sites.
- Click the + Create Upcoming Event button in the top right corner above the list.

- In the slide-out drawer that opens, the default brand selected will be the first brand that doesn’t have an Upcoming Event Site created. Update this if necessary.
- Update the details of the Event Site, including:
- Selected languages – This will display if Multilingual is enabled for your account. When the dropdown is clicked, it will show all languages turned on for the account. Any selected language here will be a language made available to candidates. If you do not select any languages and English is the only language for the site, the option to translate the upcoming event site will not be available.
-
Audience Type – If Candidate Types (Internal/External) and Job Posting Type is enabled for your account (learn more here), select the audience type between the following options:
- External: Returns external jobs to candidates.
- Internal: Returns internal jobs to candidates.
- Site Name – The name of the site that will be displayed within the Event Sites list.
- Header Title – The main title is shown in the top, middle portion of the screen.
- Header Text – The text is displayed just below the header title.
-
Background image – The image is displayed in the background of the header. When you click Upload Image, you will be prompted to select and then crop an image to have a height of 250px and a max-width.
- Note: This is to ensure that the image will not stretch. Simply drag the crop box vertically to the area of the image that you would like to appear on the site, and click confirm!
- Click Save & Finish.
- Reopen the Upcoming Event Site to copy the full and shortened site links.
If Candidate Q&A is enabled for your account, Candidate Care should be enabled within the Scheduling stages for both hiring events and orientation events. When the candidate is in a pending event invitation status and they ask a Q&A question, your AI Assistant will provide the appropriate Q&A response and then re-prompt the candidate to select an event interview time.
This message can be customized on the backend by your CS Representative.
Candidate experience
The Upcoming Event site will be supported on tablet devices.

When candidates open the Upcoming Event Site, they can search and filter their view to find the events they are interested in attending.
In the top right corner, a language dropdown will display if you utilize the Mulitiingual feature. Candidates are able to click into this and select their preferred language if it is not English.
-
Notes:
- If you do not have other languages configured for this site, then it will only display in English even if you have the Multilingual feature enabled.
- The only item that does not translate is the name of the event.
