The Reporting section's purpose is to allow event users to build out their reports from within the event's Dashboard, eliminating the need to navigate to Analytics and Reporting. All users with access to the event will be able to view this section.
Reporting section

Within the Reporting section, there are three reports that you can pull from the event. These include:
- Event Candidate Detail Report
- Event Specific Report
- Diversity & Inclusion Report
Create a report
Both event managers and ambassadors can create reports.
To create a report,
- Select + Create Report next to the preferred report.
- You will be taken to the Filter section of the report in the Report Builder. This is due to the fact that the first two section of the report have been automatically configured for you. On this step, a preview of the top five results will display. Click the + Add Filter button to further filter the report, if preferred.d
- Click Next in the top right corner of this section.
- Update the file format, if preferred.
- By default, you will already be listed as a recipient of this report. To add additional employees,
- Click the + Add Employees button in the top right corner of the Delivery to section.
- Select all preferred employees.
- Click Apply.
- Click Next in the top right corner of this section.
- Review the details of the report. If any changes to the report need to be made, return to the necessary sections.
- Note: This report will default to a one time frequency and cannot be updated.
- Click Finish and Send Now to send the report to the designated recipients.

Once the report is generated, you can view the name, date range (for Candidate Detail reports only), and the delivery status/date and time of delivery once delivered.
