    Navigation Dashboard details

    The standard Hire Dashboard is used to view all key performance metrics for the Conversational ATS product. This includes Candidate Journey metrics as candidates go through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. It will also track efficiency metrics on average times to complete parts of the journey.


    Navigation

    1. Click the All Apps menu in the top left corner of the header.
    2. Select Analytics from its drop-down menu.


       
    3. From the left panel of the Analytics & Reporting page, select Analytics Dashboards.
    4. Select Hire from the left panel.

    Dashboard details

    This dashboard has the following details and functionality:

    1. Refresh/Last Run Timestamp – Shows the last date and time the dashboard data was refreshed.
    2. Export Data – This allows you to export the dashboard's data to your device. Options for export include:
      • Export CSV – This option will allow the user to export the data in the data distribution table with all the filters applied as a CSV file.
      • Export PDF – This option will pull the entire dashboard view including the data table with the filters applied as a PDF file.
    3. Dashboard Date Range Filter – This filter works across the entire dashboard and allows you to select from the following ranges, which are based on the status change date: 
      • Last 7 days
      • Month to date
      • Year to date
      • Custom range
    4. + Add Filter – This will allow you to add additional filters, if needed. Additional filters include:
      • Candidate Location
      • Candidate Source
      • Paradox Job Title
      • External Job Title
      • Candidate Journey
      • Is Job Internal
      • Job Type
    5. Candidate Journey Funnel Chart – A funnel chart that shows candidates in the following stages based on the defined date range:
      • Total Candidate Screened
      • Total Interviews Scheduled
      • Total Offers Sent
      • Total Offers Accepted
      • Total Onboarding Complete
    6. Conversation In-Progress – The total number of conversations that are currently in-progress.
    7. Avg. time apply to start date – The time difference (in days) between candidates completing the apply process and the listed start date on the job offer.
    8. Capture Incomplete – The total number of conversations that led to a Capture Incomplete status.
    9. Avg. Time Apply to Start Date – The time difference (in days) between the candidate completing the apply process and the candidate’s actual start date.
    10. Total Interview (Donut Chart) – This chart represents the Interviews stage and shows a breakdown of different interview statuses by color.
      • Interviews Pending
      • Interviews Requests Withdrawn
      • Interviews Canceled by User
      • Interviews Canceled by Candidate
      • Interviews Scheduled
    11. Conversation In-Progress – The total number of conversations that are currently in-progress.
    12. Avg. time apply to start date – The time difference (in days) between the candidate completing the apply process and the listed start date on the job offer.
    13. Capture Incomplete – The total number of conversations that led to a Capture Incomplete status.
    14. Avg. Time Apply to Start Date – The time difference (in days) between the candidate completing the apply process and the candidate’s actual start date.
    15. Horizontal Bar Chart - Location Details – This chart measures and compares the Candidate Journeys by location name. Each location will have its own stacked horizontal bar showing the count of candidates in each bucket. The bar chart also supports details within each stage that show average, median, minimum, and maximum times for candidates in minutes. The stages included in this chart are:
      • Candidates Screened
      • Interviews Scheduled
      • Offers Sent
      • Offers Accepted
      • Onboarding Complete
    16. Data Distribution Table – This table represents the time taken by candidates to move from one stage to another for each location. Location, stage name, candidate count, time range, average time (minutes, median time (minutes), minimum time (minutes), and maximum time (minutes). Time ranges include the following:
      • Conversation Initiated to Screening Complete
      • Capture Complete to Interview Scheduled
      • Capture Complete to Offer Sent
      • Capture Complete to Offer Accepted
      • Capture Complete to Onboarding Complete
