If you are logging in to the CEM for the first time, if you forgot your password, or if you want to log out of the system entirely, follow the steps outlined in this guide.

Logging in

1. Navigate to olivia.paradox.login.
   • Note: If you are on a separate instance, please open the link provided by your manager and/or CS Representative.
2. The login screen will open where you can enter your work email address and then click Next.
3. On the following page, click Forgot your Password? below the Cancel button. 
4. Check your work email to then set up a password.

Additional login logic

• If you have accounts in separate environments, such as Olivia PROD, EU PROD, and STG, it is important to note that login credentials will be stored independently for each environment, ensuring there is no conflict between them.

Logging out

To log out of the CEM, open your avatar menu in the top right corner of the page and select Logout to log out of the CEM.
