Paradox supports the integration of an outside I-9 provider or the use of the Paradox I-9 solution. This guide walks through the service providers supported with this integration.

• Clients who want to integrate work authorization forms using a third party service or the Paradox I-9 solution.

Configuration

Contact your CS Representative to enter your I-9 provider on the backend. Otherwise, candidates will not be directed anywhere in the I-9 section of their form.

Paradox I-9

Paradox I-9 is an add-on product that allows Paradox to automate and validate the completion of Form I-9 during the onboarding process.

Add the I-9 section

The I-9 section can be added to any form, but the WOTC provider must be provided to your CS Representative in order for a candidate to complete it. To add the I-9 section,

1. Navigate to the Forms page.
2. Open the preferred form.
3. Click Add Section.
4. Select the I-9 section.
5. A text box will display. Enter in the instructions for the candidate to complete their I-9 form. The link to the I-9 form will be generated based on their provider.
6. Click Save.
7. Publish the form.
