When virtual technology providers are configured for your account, the following will be supported with the Conversational Events product for event interviews:

• Paradox Video
• Microsoft Teams (i.e. MS Teams)
• Webex
• Zoom

However, the following Video Technology providers are not yet supported for event interviews:

• Blue Jeans
• Skype
  • Note: For traditional interviews (not used for events), all video technology providers are supported. 

Third party video provider

Candidate experience

When a third party video provider is the selected as your video technology and a candidate is scheduled for a virtual interview, the candidate can join the virtual interview by clicking on the Join the interview button within their interview confirmation email.

If the meeting requires a password, the password to the meeting will also be included in the candidate’s confirmation email.

• Note: The candidate will also receive the meeting URL and password within their scheduled confirmation message via SMS as well.

Event's Schedule section

Within the Schedule section of the event, a Join the interview banner will display when a candidate is scheduled for a virtual interview. When Join is clicked, then a modal may open to request that you copy the password for the interview. Copy this password and then click Join.

Candidate Inbox

On the candidate's profile in the Candidate Inbox, a scheduling banner will display when the candidate is scheduled for a virtual interview. When Join is clicked, then a modal may open to request that you copy the password for the interview. Copy this password and then click Join.

Auto-generated virtual links for events

You can automatically generate unique meeting links for your virtual event sessions and live video broadcasts. This feature supports clients using Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams.
