Evaluator Summary Report

Table of Contents
This report pulls data on the evaluators of the events listed within a selected time frame. This report includes the total number of campus events that an evaluator has participated in, the number of evaluations that they have completed or partially completed, their completion rate, average time to complete an evaluation, and more.
- Note: When a custom Employee Attribute has its Add attribute to reports toggle enabled, then it will be available as a report field.
Report fields

| Count of the total number of Campus Events that the user participated in |
This is the total number of campus events that the user participated in during the time period determined when the user generated this report. “Participated” is defined as a campus event that the user was added to and their RSVP status equaled Going. |

| Total count of Evaluations Completed by the employee | This is the total number of evaluations completed by the user. | 20 |
| Total count of Evaluations Not Completed by the employee | This is the total number of evaluations assigned to the user but are not yet completed. The evaluations should be in-progress and assigned to that specific user. | 10 |
| Conversion rate of Started to Completed | This is the percentage of the evaluations completed by the user. | 66.67% |
| Average time to complete an evaluation | This is the average time that it takes a user to complete an evaluation. The format for this column is: hh:mm:ss. | 0:05:32 |
| Event Attended with the Most Evaluations completed? | This is the internal event name of the hiring event where the user completed the most evaluations at one event. | ASU Career Fair |
