    This report pulls information surrounding dynamic content and its engagements, including the Q&A intents triggered that have media attached, the specific content candidates are engaging with, and the total number of clicks a candidate makes within the Full Overlay template.

    Content Engagement Type

    Media content candidate engaged with attached to Candidate Q&A topics. Content Engagement Types include:

    • Hyperlink – The candidate actively clicks on the hyperlink which takes them to a new tab. 
    • Video – The candidate plays the video either by either clicking the link or pressing play within the Full Overlay template.
    • Image/Gif – N/A - there is no way for a candidate to truly engage with an image/gif within the Full Overlay template other than choosing to favorite it.
    • Document – N/A - if media is actively uploaded as a document, this is not supported within dynamic content.

    NOTE: If a candidate does not actively engage with the content, but it still triggers, the data should display as Media Type+0 = indicating the media still appeared but there was no engagement to be tracked.
