    We've updated the Phone Numbers and Keywords pages with a modernized, intuitive list view that includes enhanced search and sorting for managing all communication channels.

    Conversation Builder: Conversation-specific language filter

    We've updated Conversation Builder with a conversation-specific language filter, allowing you to restrict a specific conversation to a subset of supported candidate languages for compliance purposes.

    • Affects users with Full Access to the Conversation Builder

    Conversational Events: Customizable Event Landing Page and Candidate Schedule Page

    We've updated the Candidate Schedule Page and Event Landing Page to be customizable, allowing you to provide all scheduled candidates (including Private/Interview-Only) with customized pre-registration and post-registration content.

    • By default, affects Company/Account Admins, Recruiters, Supervisors, and Reporting Users
    • Affects users with Full Access to the event builder.

    Job Management: Journey Targeting for Paradox Jobs/Conversational ATS clients

    We've updated Journey Targeting to be available in the Job Manager page and for Paradox Jobs, allowing you to leverage Journey Targeting capabilities for your jobs.

    • Affects users with Full Access to Journey Targeting and who use Paradox Jobs.

    Job Management: Mass update Job Data Packages (JDP) values

    We've updated job management with a self-service tool that allows you to mass update Job Data Packages (JDPs) by uploading a file, improving operational efficiency.

    • By default, affects Company/Account Admins
    • Affects users with access to the Candidate Volume Optimizer page

    Job Management: New standard “Paradox Job Type” attribute

    We've updated job attributes with a new standard Paradox Job Type attribute that differentiates between Standard, Multi-location, and Integrated Jobs for consistent feature targeting.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins and Company/Account Admins
    • Affects users with Full Access to Job Management

    Job Management: Standardized Job ID management

    We've updated the core system to ensure the job_req_id attribute consistently and accurately reflects your configured Job ID format, providing a single source of truth across the platform.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins and Company/Account Admins
    • Affects users with Full Access to job management (Paradox Jobs)

    Job Search: Enhance logic for remote jobs in job search

    We've updated the logic for job searches to ensure relevant remote jobs are displayed to a candidate even if no on-site jobs are available in their inferred location, preventing No Results Found messages.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, candidates, and users with Full Access to Job Management.

    Journeys: Automatic candidate journey reassignment

    We've updated the journey assignment logic to ensure that when a job's assigned journey changes, only new candidates are assigned to the update, while in-progress candidates remain on the original.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins and Company/Account Admins
    • Affects users with Full Access to Journeys.

    Location Management: Ability to deactivate locations

    We've updated Location Management to include the ability to deactivate locations instead of permanently hard deleting them, preserving all associated candidate data and history.
    • By default, affects Paradox Admins, Company/Account Admins, and Franchise Owners
    • Affects users who have Full Access to Location Management

    Paradox Assist: New in-product assistant to complete your recruiting tasks

    We've updated the platform to include a new, improved in-product AI assistant that can complete complex, multi-step recruiting tasks like scheduling, managing availability, and searching jobs and candidates via conversational chat in the Candidate Inbox.
    • By default, affects all all clients with Olivia Assist and Contextual AI enabled, and all users who access the Candidate Inbox, My Calendar, and My Jobs.

    Paradox Assist: Use AI annotations

    We've updated Paradox Assist with AI annotations, allowing users to quickly provide feedback on AI assistant responses using simple thumbs up/thumbs down buttons for continuous improvement.
    • By default, affects all all clients with Olivia Assist and Contextual AI enabled, and all users who access the Candidate Inbox, My Calendar, and My Jobs.

    Scheduling: Microsoft 365 Integration Redesign

    We've updated the Microsoft 365 integration with a streamlined, self-service wizard in Connected Apps for easier, independent management of setup and credentials.
    • By default, affects client IT admins who manage Microsoft 365 integrations
    • Affects users with Full Access to Connected Apps
