Brands on the Employee Profile Reporting on brands

This feature is used in conjunction with the Employee Communications product. If you have not purchased this product, then you will be unable to access this feature and its functionality.

Please contact your CS Representative to assist you with assigning your brands to your employees.

Employees can only be assigned to a brand via Data Feeds. If an employee is uploaded without a brand, then they will be assigned to the default brand. It is highly recommend to assign the brand where possible and using the default brand as a catch all.

    Brands on the Employee Profile

Once assigned, you should see the employee’s brand under the Employment section of their Employee Profile.

    Reporting on brands

Note: It can take up to three hours for a recently updated brand to reflect properly in reporting. This is due to the time it takes for our reporting database to synchronize.

The following reports can be ran to report on employee brands:

    • Communication Detail Report – This report includes a Employee Brand column so users can see which brand they are assigned to.
    • Overall Communication Report – This report includes a Brands in Audience column to note the brand names associated with the audience in the communication.
